As a prospective research participant I have read and understand the information provided about the research project being conducted by Dr. Beth Robinson on Clinical Supervision as an Emerging Practice Specialty in the Canadian Counselling Context: Clarifying and Fostering Optimal Conditions for Learning and Practice. I understand that my participation is completely voluntary. I may choose to cease participation in the study at any time by exiting the questionnaire before submitting it.
